1. FedEx Ground, UPS Ground, and USPS are the Standard Shipping delivery methods. Mail methods available for your particular order will be shown during the checkout process.
2. Most in-stock items are typically shipped within 1-2 business days after receipt of your order.
3. Some items require additional handling time prior to shipment and are so noted in their product descriptions. Christening apparel handling times are noted below.
4. Christening gowns ship out Monday thru Friday only.
5. Next Day Air and 2nd Day Air Orders must be received by 12 pm EST.

III. REFUND POLICY

We want happy customers! If you are not 100% pleased any item you order from us, we will gladly offer you an exchange or refund within 10 days of receipt of your order (excluding delivery charges). We at Christian Occasion stand behind our reputation for superior service that we have established.

Cassiani custom apparel is non refundable/returnable.

Please take a moment to inspect your order when it arrives to ensure that no damage has occurred in shipping and to check for any flaws in material or workmanship. Each garment is hand-crafted to exacting standards and must pass through a series of inspections before it reaches you, the customer.

Refunds will NOT be issued for garments that have been Worn, Washed, Spit-Up on, Stained or otherwise Damaged From Use. GARMENTS WITH TAGS REMOVED CANNOT BE RETURNED.

RETURNS OF NEW MERCHANDISE

Items must be in NEW, UNOPENED, UNWORN WITH TAGS INTACT, condition. If you would like to return a new garment/item, please follow these steps to handle your returns and credit requests:

Step 1. Contact orders@christianoccasion.com to request a Return Authorization (RA). All requests for Returns must be made within 10 days of receipt of goods.

Step 2. Enclose a copy of the RA number, and write the RA number in bold letters on the box. Return the item(s) within 15 days of the date the RA was issued. An RA is valid for 15 days only. After 15 days the RA is automatically voided and NO credit will be granted.

Step 3. We will inspect your return and verify the condition of your items. All returned items will incur a 10% Re-Stocking fee. This fee is waived if exchanging for a different item. Return shipping is at the customer's expense.

RETURNS OF DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE MERCHANDISE

If your garment/item is delivered to you Damaged, please follow these steps to handle all returns and credit requests:

Step 1. Contact orders@christianoccasion.com to request a Return Authorization (RA). All requests for Returns must be made within 10 days of receipt of goods.

Step 2. Clearly mark problem area(s) with removable tape (or if tape might damage the garment, add a descriptive note) to help us quickly identify the problem you have detected. Enclose a copy of the RA number, and write the RA number in bold letters on the box. Return the item(s) within 15 days of the date the RA was issued. An RA is valid for 15 days only. After 15 days the RA is automatically voided and NO credit will be granted.

In order to receive the most credit possible when returning items, please include all the items in a set, i.e., hangers, slips, booties, hats, etc. which go with the damaged outfit.

Step 3. We will inspect your return and verify the damage to your items, and then, issue a credit, including return shipping charges.
